The trouble comes as a reseller listing a Bruno Mars ticket said she was caught off guard by the fees Ticketmaster stacked above her listed price. Rival SeatGeek, meanwhile, introduced a new tool called TourIQ, a forecasting tool aimed at live event sellers, presenting itself as a competitor at a time when trust in Ticketmaster continues to erode.
