The Las Vegas Aces lost a close one 83-81 to the Golden State Valkyries on Oct. 9 in a WNBA semifinal, with the series still up for grabs. Guard Jackie Young stood out for her hustle as she worked to help the Aces fight their way back, according to ESPN coverage.
A'ja Wilson broke a long-standing record during the game, surpassing Diana Taurasi's WNBA playoff scoring record and giving fans more to talk about. The Aces now find themselves under pressure to even the series after the tight result. Both teams head into the next game with plenty at stake.
