Australia's Fair Work Ombudsman has referenced GTA 6 in materials explaining workers' rights to unpaid leave, with coverage from outlets including IGN and Yahoo. The campaign reflects how widely anticipated the game has become ahead of its release.

No release date has been officially confirmed by Rockstar, but attention from both fans and public bodies shows the game continues to be one of the most discussed games in recent memory.
